Precision Cleanrooms: Catalysts for Energy-Efficient Manufacturing

Cleanroom, especially Class 100 or ISO 5, are very important to industries such as semiconductor manufacturing and power cell manufacturing, where little quantity of particles contaminating an environment could significantly affect the outcome. Conventional clean shelters are very energy intensive in an effort to keep the environments germ free. Our solution? Smart cleanroom designs that can auto control the airflow, temperature, and relative pressure with aid of AI. For example, our cleanroom systems by design have up to 30% less power consumptions than normal conventional systems, with features such as selectable filtration and real-time monitoring of the wash environment.
