hepa filter 0.3 micron

The air we breathe is often polluted. We like to think of the air around us as clean and pure. Tiny things we can see in the air — dust, pollen and other allergens are not alone. The fact that these small particles are tiny enough to move around without us noticing. Sadly, the prevailing of these small particles can also be our reason for illness. We are going to use filters to reduce the burden of any pollutants in our air so as not serious problems arise from breathing dirty air. HEPA filters are one of the best types of electric air purifiers,

HEPA is an acronym that stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air. It sounds more complex than it really is—basically, these filter are engineered to capture particles as tiny as 0.3 microns! For reference, that is smaller than a single human hair! But how do HEPA filters manage to sweep hundreds of thousands of microscopic particles from the air at a time?

The Science Behind HEPA Filters

The filters are composed of a large number (millions) of long fibers which, based on the rating they carry, some designs packed so that there will be many hundreds to thousands per square centimeter. To protect insulating fibers can be made from material such as fiberglass or other similar materials. The tiny particles are sucked into the filter and stick to its fibers, where clean air passes through without any issue. That serves to ensure that the air we breathe is as pollution free as possible.

Diffusion is a bit different. With Brownian motion, minute particles are carried on flowing air currents and slowly settle onto a fiber. This is like having too much fun running around a room and you hit your toe on the wall in just the right spot.
